ABOUT RICHIE CARTER
Welcome!
My name is Richie Carter and I just want to let you know how things work around here and a little about me.
I am primarily an oil painter from northwest Montana where I draw much of my inspiration for my work. I also travel extensively and paint along the way. You’ll see me dabbling in ceramics and music as well. I can’t not create and so that comes out in a myriad of ways. Throughout the year I do a number of things that I want you to know about and how it is you can collect my work.
-
I teach in person Workshops a few times a year
-
I travel ALOT painting along the way and sell my plein air paintings after a trip through my website.
-
I make large substantial studio work that I show in galleries around the country doing solo and group shows.
-
Each November I do one Studio Sale where I sell small unframed work of my favorite pieces throughout the year, also through my website.
-
I do one print release each year.
-
I take on selective painting commissions.
If you sign up for my newsletter I send out early access to the print release and studio sale as well as inform you on dates of workshops. Don’t worry these are few and far between..I won’t be spamming you!
Anyways thank you for following along and never hesitate to reach out.
Richie
